Returns
Our return policy at FAM Cap store is straightforward: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date.
Please ensure that items are returned in their original, unworn condition with the original stickers still attached. Also note that our FAM pin is always part of your order. Should you decide not to return it, we will deduct €6 from your refund.
Important: For orders made with standard shipping, the portal is not available.

Visit our international return portal to initiate the return. Return fee will be calculated during the return process and a pre-paid label will be emailed to you or you can download it when you have finished. Return label expires within 14 days it if unused.
You can book a collection or visit your nearest DHL drop off point to send the items back to us. Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. If you decide to use self-postage returns, you can simply choose any carrier to return your order to FAM. Make sure your order is trackable and sent to our address:

Customers in EU: No customs restrictions apply to returns within Europe. You can use self-postage returns. For fast refund process we recommend to contact our Customer Service at info@famcapstore.com with the tracking number once shipped
Customers outside of EU:

Orders Made with Economy Shipping: Unfortunately, returns for orders placed with economy shipping are no longer accepted.

Orders Made with Express Shipping: Returns for express shipping orders can be processed through our return portal. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Simply log in to the portal and follow the instructions for a hassle-free return process.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3 business days automatically
Exchanges
