You can make purchases on our website in your local currency by selecting your country from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page. New customers are prompted to choose their country and language during their first visit.

Please see below chart for delivery terms to your country. If you don't find your country in the list, it is within Europe or Rest of the World.

Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia and Singapore, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes.

For express shipping to other countries, duties and taxes are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. You will have the option to pay these on our website or paying duties & taxes upon delivery. Bear in mind that shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties and taxes. If you decide not to pay duty & taxes on delivery and your order returns to us, we have the right to deduct all the cost caused by your order and return. 

Please note that for orders containing multiple products, customs offices in your country may hold the package for additional customs clearance. Each country has specific thresholds for the number of items allowed in a single shipment. If your order exceeds these thresholds, customs authorities may require you to provide additional documentation or take further steps to complete the clearance process.

It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local customs regulations. We recommend checking your country's import policies before placing a large order. Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding

For economy shipping to NON-EU countries, duties & taxes may apply upon delivery. Your order will be delivered by your local post, and payment may be required at your post office. In our experience, customs duties and taxes are not levied if the parcel is sent with economy shipping. Nevertheless, we advise you to check your customs regulations at your post office.

Order changes & cancellations

If you entered the wrong address during checkout, reach out to our Customer Service at info@famcapstore.com. If your order hasn't been processed, we'll help fix the address for you. Please note, providing an incorrect address may delay delivery and could prevent refund requests.

To cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of purchase at info@famcapstore.com, mentioning your order number. We'll assist you promptly

Pick & Pack process

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. If placed on Friday, Sunday, or a holiday, your order will be shipped on the next available business day. We use robust shipping cartons and include a small gift in every box.

During the Black Friday period, due to high demand, it may take up to 1 week to process and ship your order. We work diligently to ensure every order is handled with care and delivered as soon as possible, but please anticipate slight delays during this busy season.

Express shipping

Our express shipping service ensures delivery within 1-5 days using DHL Express straight to your home address. DHL Express offers delivery options you can customize, and they may reach out to you beforehand. For security, you may be asked for an ID copy. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. It's important to provide your correct home address, as you're responsible for its accuracy.

Economy shipping for EU & Non-EU

For our valued customers, we offer the convenience of economy shipping at an affordable price. Shipments are handled by Parcel.One, ensuring reliable and cost-effective delivery services. Delivery time you can find above In the chart.

Delivery in your country will be made by local post. You may be notified to collect your parcel from the post office. Depending on the country, parcels may also be delivered to your home (mostly EU countries). 
Parcel.One offers the possibility to track your parcel, but this is only possible when your parcel is already in your country. If it is in transit, the shipping status may not update for several weeks. We offer you this cheap shipping method, but it can take several weeks and we have no influence on the speed and shipping method of the parcel. Your parcel may also be lost (which is very rare). We therefore recommend that you activate our Shipping Protection on the site so that your parcel is insured and reimbursed in the event of loss. If you do not wish to book Shipping Protection, we will unfortunately not be able to cover the loss of the parcel and the amount will not be refunded. 
If you are sure and do not want to take this risk, then we advise you to take our express shipping, which you can easily select on our site.
